MerchantTrack

MerchantTrack is used for:

• Reporting for our clients, for reconciliation and such

• Manually voiding a transaction that got "stuck" and did not process through POS, or manually keying a transaction outside of POS

• Pairing pinpads such as the Lane 3000 to their account

MerchantTrack hinges on an Online Reservations v5 website being built first. If that isn't in place, then you can't use MerchantTrack until you have your ORE5.

 

To activate a device for MerchantTrack

Once you hook up a credit card device to the Internet and power it up, the device displays an activation token (code) automatically.

 

On the MerchantTrack site, select the Terminal, on the left side and select the Add option. You will also see the others in there if you are in the right place. this is where you enter the activation code (token).
